Tanzanite

Tanzanite is a blue variety of the mineral Zoisite (group of epidote).
It consists of calcium, aluminium, silica.

6.5 - 7
Color :
Blue, surrounded by a fine hint of purple.
Locality :
Merelani Hills near Arusha in the north of Tanzania. Since 2007, we find Tanzanites in the mines of tsavorite (in the Parc Tsavo, South Kenya).
Origin :
Tanzanite is named after the east african state of Tanzania, the place that it had found (1967).

The Tanzanite is very good, generaly, for the skin balance, eyes strengthen and the spinal column.
Helps us to be aware of the physical body in times of low energetic state, mainly because of lack of intention to ourselves. In these cases it incourages us to stop and take a brake for getting new powers.
It's recommended to purify the tanzanite by washing under water or by putting under the moon light.
